About the program

Formed, not finished.

2x2 exists because formation doesn't happen by accident. Men drift, not for lack of information or motivation, but for lack of structure. The Christian life has always been built on ordered practice: daily bread, daily prayer, daily work. 2x2 is that conviction, made practical.

We are not interested in inspiration. Inspiration burns off by Tuesday. We are interested in the slow, ordinary means by which God forms men: Scripture, discipline, work, and other men.

The framework.

Every day, three prompts, always in the same order.

Mind

Curated reading, listening, and writing that shapes thought and character. The Mind system rotates through six modes (silence, reading, speaking, listening, writing, and lived experience) so the intellect is trained as deliberately as the body.

Body

Move every day, programmed so you're never guessing. Nothing for the camera. The body is one third of the work: stewardship, not vanity. The aim is strength you keep for decades.

Soul

Scripture and prayer, daily. Reading plans that move through whole books of the Bible, and formation practices that turn reading into applied obedience. Rooted in the Word, not in sentiment.

The founders.
